Club members and guests, Please join us at the annual Change of Command meeting at the Foundry Bar and Grill on June 19th. Refreshments, including a cash bar, will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by appetizers at 6:00 p.m. and a brief program. Appetizers include:

Kent Seymour, a Director of the Venetian Festival, has asked our club to help with the Beer and Wine Tiki Tent at the Festival on Saturday, July 27 nd from 5:15 PM to 11:59 PM, with some short cleanup afterwords. We need 2 to take the money, 2 to take tickets and 4-5 to serve the beer and wine, it might be handy to have a free floater to help with tickets or wristbands. The Festival will make a nice donation to our Club and we can
keep all of the tips. The Festival will serve us something while we work.

Rotarians, It is time for the annual Rotary/Lions Picnic! This year, the Rotarians are hosts. Hosting means we supply the food and drinks while the club is paying for the chicken and drinks. We ask that each Rotarian family bring a dish to pass, either a dessert, salad, or starch ( potatoes, mac n cheese, beans, etc.). The dish to pass is the only member cost involved. All family members are welcome! The date of the picnic is Monday, August 5th. All we ask is that you register every member of your family who will be attending and sign up for what kind of dish you will be bringing. Thanks!! |

Rotarians It is time to get outside and walk M66 to pick up the summer trash. I am planning road cleanup for Saturday October 5th, 900a, meeting at the tourist park. I hope to have a sign up email coming to you soon. Please, put this on your calendar. We only need 8 participants, but we need 8 particiapnts. Of course, spouses, family members and significant others are welcome. No one under 18, though. As always, if you live on that section of M66, please pick up your own yard.
